The company was formed in 1901 by William H. Farnham, Charles W. Farnham, and Stiles W. Burr. Included is information on land acquisitions, the estate of Frank C. Walker, taxation, conveyance of land to the American Immigration Company, and operating expenses. This company was a Weyerhaeuser affiliate.
